Unlock Your Potential
An estimated 30 to 50 percent of participants advance their positions and contributions and take on new and elevated responsibilities within the first year after graduation.
More than just a training program
Participants experience growth and development as they progress through the 3 stages of the program over the course of a year.
Phase 1: One-Week Immersive Experience
Participants experience a 5-day intensive introduction to the program, covering personal, organizational, community, and professional leadership.
Phase 2: Year-Long Mentoring & Coaching
The next stage is a year-long personalized coaching and mentorship experience, designed to support participants' leadership development goals.
Phase 3: Year-End Summit
The year-long program culminates in a one-and-a-half day Leadership Summit to discuss and celebrate the growth of program participants.
