Kay Sprinkel Grace

Kay Sprinkel Grace, FAFP, stands out as a dedicated leader in the nonprofit sector with over four decades of commitment to philanthropy. Renowned for her innovative strategies, she has held significant roles as lead consultant for significant NPOs and has been honoured with multiple awards, including the Fundraising Professional of the Year from AFP Global and the Lifetime Achievement Award from AFP Golden Gate. Her leadership extends to service on the boards of Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra & Chorale and Grace Cathedral. 

Kay’s impact spans diverse areas including public media, arts, human services, animal welfare, education, and conservation. She is recognized for advising major campaigns and co-creating the Leaders of Tomorrow International program, expanding its reach across Europe.
