Mustansar has served in senior executive and CFO capacity leading comprehensive portfolios in organizations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia and the NWT. Throughout his career, Mustansar has been trusted to move bold organizational visions forward by leading comprehensive portfolios that integrate Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities Management and Corporate Services. Mustansar has a distinguished track record of successfully leading major capital projects, building high performance teams, financial turnarounds, and enterprise digital transformations.

Deeply committed to community impact, Mustansar serves as a Board Member for The Alex, an organization providing critical health and housing solutions to vulnerable populations.

Mustansar is CPA, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Allison University, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Laurentian University. A life long learner, Mustansar is currently pursuing a doctorate with a research focus on fiduciary duty in an era of agentic artificial intelligence.
